Network coverage
Nordvik Telecom runs its own 4G and 5G network across the four northernmost counties of Sweden. The table shows the share of the population covered in each county as of September 2026.
| County | 4G coverage | 5G coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Västerbotten | 99.6% | 91% |
| Norrbotten | 99.2% | 94% |
| Jämtland | 98.7% | 82% |
| Västernorrland | 99.4% | 88% |
Outside our network
Where we have no own coverage, for example in parts of southern Sweden, your phone automatically uses our national roaming partner at no extra cost. 5G is only available on our own network.
Planned maintenance
Planned maintenance happens between 00:00 and 05:00. We announce work that affects more than 1,000 customers at least 48 hours in advance in the Nordvik app.
